Special: Animal companion options include wizard/sorcerer familiars. Favored Enemy can be taken as a standard feat.
Rangers lose access to spellcasting, but retain their core concept as skilled and dextrous combatants. They are no longer constrained to light armor while dual-wielding, and receive bonus feats every four levels.
